Nougat issues

I recently updated my S7 Edge(Sprint) to 7.0 and ever since then my phone data speed has become atrocious. I called customer care tonight and they did some troubleshooting. Now my SIM says Invalid and won't work. I can't take the case off until I get home later tonight(I need a special tool) I will remount the SIM card and see if that fixes the issue. I am not entirely sure that it's because I updated, but considering that I've never had this issue with this phone since I have gotten it. I would assume that it's the problem.

In the mean time. Has this issue been reported anywhere? I don't use this forum often, but I did search and found nothing. Is there anything else I can do?

Or a paper clip will do.

I will remount the SIM card and see if that fixes the issue. I am not entirely sure that it's because I updated, but considering that I've never had this issue with this phone since I have gotten it. I would assume that it's the problem.

Have you tried just rebooting and restarting the phone?

The tool I was referring to was for my case. I need an allen wrench to get it off.


Yes. I've rebooted the phone and in roughly 15 minutes. It happens again.
