Is there a way for Nova to import shortcuts / folders / widgets from the native ICS home screen? It would be much easier than having to re-drag all my shortcuts from the app drawer to Nova's home screens.

I don't think so. But you can long-press on a screen to bring up the 'Add to home screen' menu then 'Apps' then 'Select multiple' (at the bottom). Much faster than dragging them out of the drawer one at a time.
