Help nova launcher glitch

I would suggest notifying Nova Prime developers of this issue and deleting the app from your device. Do the right thing! Most likely when you reboot your device, the app will be gone.

I'm surprised when you clicked refund it didn't automatically uninstall from your phone.
I've paid for apps I didn't like or didn't meet my needs and as soon as I clicked refund, the app would uninstall.
 
What outcome were you expecting when you decided to share this info on a public forum?
 
He could easily have inquired without giving instructions. For example, "has anyone experienced the free version of Nova Launcher acting like the paid version?" That gets the question out without providing stepwise instructions on how to make it happen. Anyone who has had it happen to them would know exactly what he's talking about, and anyone who hasn't wouldn't know that there's a bug that can be exploited.

It's clearly a bug. He's getting something for free when this should not be the case, and he knows it. It doesn't actually matter if anyone else has experienced this. All that was needed was to contact the developer. More harm may have been done by posting about the bug on a busy forum. I'm sure you two wouldn't take advantage of this, but there are a lot of people who would, and now can...

This is completely different from posting about a feature of the program not working as it should and asking if others have experienced the same thing.

If I was the app's developer and saw this thread I would not be happy. Amazingly, and disappointingly, it appears that I'm the only one who sees this as a problem.
 
Thanks zc1 for your imput..lol Anyways all i wanted to know is if any on has had it happend if so id just like to know what happend maybe i should had been more spacific i will add that i did completely uninstall and do appriciate everyone else who was actually intersted and was trying to think of any wiered reasone for this to happen....

People will (and probably already have) now go and do exactly what you've outlined in your first post in order to try and get Nova Launcher Prime for free. Glad you're ok with that...

All you need to do is the right thing and remove the information regarding how you did it from your first post. This should be obvious. If that's not the intent of the post then rectify it.
 
Probably already loaded into memory it runs as Prime until you either exit into default Sammy TouchWiz or reboot your phone. So, I don't think its a glitch.

I'm guessing that's what the reason is. If you try that and it doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall Nova. If you still have the same problem, as has been suggested, let the dev know. Not only is it the right thing to do, the guy behind Teslacoil is one of the good guys.

Lambertoid, removing how you got to where you are is appreciated btw, thank you. :)
