Why is it nearly impossible to change the scroll bar color?!?!!?!

The app drawer slider bar on the right side my good folks.

Open Nova settings. At the bottom there are 2 buttons, "settings" and "style". Tap "style" and there are options to change the colour palette (options are system, local wallpaper and custom). Below are options for different UI elements, including the app drawer. I would expect that would change both the tab highlight in the app drawer and the scroll bar together (I don't see options for those items separately) but you can at least change it separately from other parts of Nova's UI.
