Help NuVision Tablet

[REDOC]

Bought 2 at X-mas and one hangs up on NuVison screen when turned on. Did a factory reset and still nothing started up at hung up at opening screen still. Now did a reboot droidboot at it hangs up here.
E: Installer device ignored
E: Installer device ignored
E: No valid installer medium found
Could no open /sys/devices/virtual/backlight

Any thoughts??

Sound like the firmware is corrupted, and it's bricked, due to poor quality most likely. Best to return it for a refund or replacement under warranty.
