Help NvFlash command 14 failed-plz help

I have tried everything and still cannot get NvFlash to work for my G2X. all i want to do it install CMW on my device but no matter what way i try to do it, it always fails.

everytime i try to install through NvFlash it tells me the same thing

it gets to the part about downloading the partition and it always fails with the same error

"command 14 failed 0x120000"

every single time no matter what i do. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for NvFlash and still not luck.

I have checked google 100000000009074576 times and cant find anything. please help me.
 
I would start totaly clean first uninstall the APX drivers for nvflash then uninstal the lg drivers for the phone itself. Then do a factory reset on the phone. Rember to backup your apps first with titainium backup I think you can use it without root if not you can use mybackup it is free in the market after root I do recomend titainium. After that redownload the drivers from lg because they might have updated them since you last got them, then redownload the clockworkmod .RAR from xda.com in the g2x section then reinstall those APX drivers that you just got with the new .rar and make sure you follow the directions to a t use the post on xda as a guide because they are 100% reliable. FGinally make sure you hold both the vol up and down buttons throught the whole process do not let go until the flashing stops once you see hit any key to continue then you can let go of the vol buttons and unplugg the cable from the phone and let it sit on the S\W upgrade screen for a few minutes then it will reboot.Here is the link to the xda ythread on how to install CWM. the first one is very easy to do and is the perfered method but if its not mworking for you mabee the seconde one is better you have to do everthing manually though. Also in the first one skip step one that is for the older froyo roms with gingerbread you dont have to be rooted to NVflash CWM so just go right to installing clockwork mod. i did what you said and still nothing. i got the same error as it tried to download the partition. the second link did not work so i could not try the method that worked for you. thanx for the reply
 
That is odd? You should still be able to find the second thread xda is easy to navigate so look in the g2x>developers section you will find if. Do you. Elongated to xda? If not I strongly suggests.you join. Post there in the g2x q&a someone will be able to help you sorry I can't be of.more.h3lp.
 
well i just saw it at a store and picked it up and it was like.. my phone. full keyboard with that lightning processor and the hd camera with face time. it just fits me perfectly and the fact that i had the my touch slide 3g and loved it i know i will like this phone ;)
