Help NZB File Problem

Hello all. I have searched these and other forums but have been unable to find a similar scenario. I have a Synolgy Diskstation 212j, which has a handy app, DS Download. The problem I am having, is that whenever I download an NZB file, using the Nexus 7, the file is incomplete. If the file should be 500 KB, the file I end up with is only 1-15 KB. When clicking the same link on a PC or iDevice, the file is complete. I have downloaded other files (apk, zip, mobi, etc) with no problem.

I have a first gen Nexus 7, running 4.3, using Dolphin. This issue existed before the recent upgrade.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Is this what you are talking about?

EDIT: Could it be a bug? Do you have any other Android devices you could try on?

Thank you palmtree5. Yes, your link is what I am referring to. An example of an NZB indexing site would be Binsearch -- Usenet search engine.

I do not have another android device to test on, but will try to find someone who does.
