My g4 has a O with / going through it cant get internet or phone calls in or out it is a T-mobile Galaxy S4

The circle with a slash through it means "no signal". Either you are in an area where your phones signal strength is too weak to detect the cell towers, or you have a faulty sim card. The best thing to do is to take it to a T-mobile store and see if it will work in an area with known good signal. They can replace the sim card for you if it's bad.
