OBD2 OBD II viewer using USB connection?

All the OBD2 OBD II programs I find require a bluetooth connection. I have a USB connection to my phone. Anyone know of a program I can use with the cable connection?

For an OBD2 connection via USB the phone would to have USB host mode.
Can you set your phone in USB host mode?
