I have a couple more days before my BB return period is up so I decided to test my prime at some public wifi spots. I had no problem connecting to my home network (and it is N) ... but every public wifi I tried it would say "obtaining IP address" and never go any further. Anyone know how to fix this?
I really like the prime and it seems many of you are lucky and experience no problems. This is the first thing I have had that was more than an inconvenience or annoyance; but at some point the annoyances, inconveniences, and required tweaks make it more of hassle than it's worth. This may very well be the deal breaker for me ... IMO the this device was not ready for release.
