what rom is has a stable oc and is compatible with 4.2. Also has 720p and has gapps preinstalled? Id preffer cm10 or miui. And last if i updated to 4.2 can i use 4.1 roms?
As far as I know, there isn't a cm build for 4.2 yet. M-Kernel+ over on XDA is what I use on my N7. It's been really stable and is also pretty snappy. Just flash it over your stock rom and you should be good to go until CM10.1 or a 4.2 version of MIUI is released.
