Hello androidforums;
We are developing an android application which supports camera and voice chat. It's something like between skype and irc. You can create unlimited rooms with channel mod (Only registered nick can join, or only invited ones, or global) and chat with your microphone and camera or text as well.
Check it, and feedback us please. We'll shape it as your demands.
