I am sure exactly what the problem is, so I will try to explain it.I have been using Android on my GNEX since it was released and love it. I converted my first family member to one (my retired father) who just went from an iphone to a RAZR Maxx HD, which overall he likes. There is one problem, however that I cannot seem to fix for him:
The company that he volunteers for, where he drives people to appointments that cannot drive themselves sends out emails with details on places they need drivers. Instead of sending invites, they take the information about the appointment (date, time, person needing help, location to/from, etc) which is originaly located in an excel spreadsheet, and copy/paste the whole row into an outlook email and send it out. When you look at the email through gmail on a computer or an android phone, it just shows a paste of the excel workbook (exactly like I would think). What my father would like is what it showed on his (and apparently any other iphone), the date would be a hyperlink that would then take him directly to his calendar to add the event with all of the data pre-populated.
I am not sure what to look at. I can forward the message to my wife (for her iphone) and it comes up as a hyperlink, but on mine, my dads, or any windows pc, it is just plain text.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
