Help Odd notification issue

Within the last day or two my Atrix has started telling me I have one more notification than I actually have. If I get a text it says I have 2, if I have a text and a facebook update it says 3. when I pull down the notification bar it only shows 1 or 2 things and if I clear the one thing the notification disappears. Any ideas?

Well it stopped on it's own. Kind of weird.

It's doing it again. I use launcher pro, if I turn the phone sideways the notification is correct, but normal is wrong. I tried resetting launcher pro, but no luck.
