Odin error: cannot open the usb serial port. code: 32

When i use odin to try to install the clockworkmod on my Samsung Admire, I get the following when I click start:

Download Start...

<1> StartThread Detected : 1
<2> StartThread Detected : 0
<3> StartThread Detected : 0
<4> StartThread Detected : 0
<5> StartThread Detected : 0
<6> StartThread Detected : 0
<7> StartThread Detected : 0
<8> StartThread Detected : 0
<1> --- cannot open the usb serial port. code: 32

I've downloaded and installed the drivers, Odin and ops zip file, and the admire cwm tar file.

Can someone please help me?

I just wanted to add my welcome to the forums. I see you found the All Things Root section for the Admire and hope you they can help you find an answer to your problem.
