WE NOW HAVE AN ODIN FLASHABLE METRO PCS KITKAT 4.4.2 FULLY STOCK ROM HERE NOW


AS LONG AS YOU CAN STILL GET INTO DOWNLOAD MODE YOU CAN NOW UNBRICK YOUR METRO PCS LIGHT





****************THIS FIRMWARE IS NOT ROOTED AND DOESN'T INCLUDE TWRP****



Instructions

Extract (unzip) the firmware file HERE IT IS

DOWNLOAD ODIN3 V1.85 HERE

Extract Odin ZIP file


Open Odin

Reboot Phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)

Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin

Add the firmware file to PDA

Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked

Click the start button, sit back and wait few minutes




AFTER YOU DO THIS YOU CAN NOW DOWNLOAD TWRP 2.8.4.0 HERE ( ALL THANKS TO UNJUSTIFIED DEV FOR THE TWRP !!!!)

1. OPEN ODIN

2. CHECK THE PDA BOX CLICK PDA AND SELECT TWRP AND SELECT OPEN

*************I SHOULD MENTION THAT FOR ME TO FLASH THE ROM ODIN TOOK A MINUTE TO PROCESS EVERYTHING

AFTER YOU FLASH THIS YOU WILL HAVE TWRP AND THEN YOU CAN FLASH MY CUSTOM STOCK ROM THAT HAS ROOT ALREADY INSTEAD OF TRING TO ROOT THIS ROM

Thanks will try as soon as I download cause only one thing says k3 on about phone the rest says h1 so I think it wrong so I want to try your setup will let you know the difference

No reason to flash this if nothing is wrong with your phone.
 
work great yes I did have problems with k3 and h1 being different on base bands and build file now its good installed cm 12 .28 running good so far thanks for your help and file
 
FANTASTIC! Thank you! My phone just quit working today, stuck on the metropcs logo. This totally worked after I remembered to download the samsung driver on my new computer:-) Bravo! I don't care for the phone, but why spend much more.

First and foremost thank you! Now, Quick question; how do i flash flash your custom stock ROM? I need ROOT access. Thanx again
 
Okay I got everything the way I need it. If I want to make a nandroid backup for the community and send it to you, how would I send it to you?
I guess I'm correct in saying nandroid lol. I'm still a newb.
