Alright, first I'd like to apologize for posting a second thread in a row, but I'm having a lot of issues rooting/flashing stock/etc to my phone.
It's a T-Mobile Galaxy S2 running the stock 2.3.6. I'm currently trying to flash the stock Jellybean 4.1.2 UVMC6 in the other thread via odin 1.85. I'm following the directions exactly as they're shown.
Odin recognizes my device, and in the top portion of the screen in yellow, it says 0:[COM6]. I click PDA, select the ROM from the folder that I unzipped it to, and click start. This is what I get:
And then it just...sits there. Forever. I've tried it in all of my USB ports, seeing as some people have had issues with fautly/dirty ports. I've also tried removing the battery until odin recognizes the device (which some people have reported success with? Can't say I understand why), and that doesn't work.
In the process of moving some text messages from a private box into my regular box in one of my messaging programs, something mucked up, and now I'm having a ton of trouble just using the phone, so I'm not too concerned if I have to lose all my stuff at this point, I just want to get it working again.
Thanks in advance!
