me too. i followed the first option here

took me to samsung usa. had half hour live chat with them before they sent me packing back off to the uk. seems no one at samsung uk have a clue what i am talking about
. i can see this being a right ol pain trying to resolve. i don't wanna pouch the phone. just wanna have a spare back cover handy. with google/samsung being 2 massive companies, it really doesn't seem too much to ask.
