Depends on a)what you use it for, b)your preferences.
Example: At my university almost all professors that give out lecture notes do it using powerpoint. So I use microsoft for this and for my general word processing. However, due to the awesome collaboration features of google drive/docs/sheets/etc, we use these for group projects. And, if I'm doing word processing for a scientific paper I will use a LaTeX processor. And I use OneNote almost extensively for long note taking, and keep for short note taking.
So, it really depends on what you want to use it for and what you like more. I would definitely encourage you to try all the ones you are thinking of, see which you like the most, and go with them.
