Thanks dread ill look out for it and ill try that office suit before buying it I must say that office suit is a very nice app just tried trial version and just the thing I was looking for thanks so much dread

$15 pricey? LOL. You haven't seen SoftMaker Office for Android (it's $30). Their Windows Mobile app is $80 and upgrade price is $40. And I paid for those too.

I was able to get the Android and Windows Desktop versions for $46. Because I used their apps in the past, I was eligilble for the upgrade pricing on the Windows version and got an extra 30% off from their store sale. I found their support to be good.

Unfortunately, I found the Android port disappointing. It's missing user accessible features found in the older Windows Mobile platform.

All their apps are available seperately on the Play store (currently on sale for $8 each app; normally $10). TextMaker, PlanMaker and Presentations. I think some were waiting for this as they don't use/need Presenations (MS Powerpoint).

They do offer a 30-day trial (try before you buy) download of their suite directly from their site.

Neo everything you mentioned that the program does office suit has it all in one for 15 dollars its a very nice app either way thanks for the suggestion mate but I think I'm sticking with office suit for sure

For editing purposes, I use OfficeSuite Pro. It's a pricey app, but I got it on sale.

Another vote for OfficeSuite Pro. Never have office related issues with it.

I too was lucky enough to get it for 25 cents during the sale. Speaking of which....Android 5th birthday? No sale or specials? dang!

I also grabbed OfficeSuite Pro during the sale.
I really don't have a need for apps like these, but for a quarter I figured what the heck.
Another one is Kingsoft. Totally free, no ads, etc. Have't really put it through any real testing, but it seems to do everything.

That's with it being partially crippled. Yep, SoftMaker did not enable all the functions for the user to have access to in their Android app. Said if they did, the menus themselves would have overloaded the Android system. I think there are many who were disappointed with this version (especially those who had the Windows Mobile version). As it stands, it can't compete with the others when looking at a value stand-point.
