Office Suite to Support Checkboxes

I have a form that I'm trying to use on my new Note. The form has checkboxes and I can't find an office suite that supports this. I also need to input a signature with the pen.

I've tried Kingsoft, Olive Office, Documents to Go, OfficeSuite, QuickOffice and Polaris.

Any suggestions?

Hi racer12306,

I've moved your thread into the Android Applications subforum where I hope it will get a bit more exposure.

Are the forms in a PDF format or a spreadsheet?

It sounds like you've already tried just about everything I would otherwise suggest, but I've got my fingers crossed that one of our other app junkies will be able to help you out. Please let me know if I can do anything else to assist. :)

The forms are .doc files. I'm going to try a different checkbox, if one exists.
That could prove to be a tall order, since there are at least four ways of creating checkboxes in Word:
  1. Via the Insert > Symbol menu
  2. Via Developer > Legacy Tools > Legacy Forms
  3. Via Developer > Legacy Tools > ActiveX Controls
  4. Via Developer > Check Box Content Control
Method 2 is really your only hope. Method 1 is a static image that cannot be interacted with, and methods 3 and 4 use ActiveX, which is Microsoft proprietary, so will never be supported on Android.
