we do know that the Motorola Atrix 2 will be available starting October 16 for $99.99 after a two-year contract.

That makes 2 dual android devices $99 on their network. Atrix 2 and the Thrill. I'm guessing the atrix 2 is so low due to the iPhone 4s.
