Looks nice. It actually looks like a thinner updated DX or DX2. Actually looks a lot like my DX2 which has the dark silicon case with the same style pattern on the back that the Razr has.
 
how cross eyed and dumbfounded would we all be tomorrow if Moto/VZW pulled a wild card and released this phone with an unlocked bootloader.....

i don't think it will happen. ...but if it did man would there be some confused people around here lol

Game plan
1. Wait for both to be released.
2. Lurk in their respective forums for a few days to note any issues.
3. Go to the store to get my hands on them.
4. Throw my money at Verizon.

Looks just like my DX form factor. I'm liking that. Now how much bigger is it???
 
A fellow in Nexus forum is saying that Razr will have non-pentile qHD screen. If that's true, I will consider Razr more favorably than before even if it's coming with GB, locked boot-loader. Hopefully their event tomorrow shows some concrete spec on Razr.

I'm going to try my hardest to follow this same game plan. I am getting so sucked in to the Nexus hype it's going to be hard to resist jumping on it right away. But I must find a way to resist! :)

I agree 100%. My contract ended a week ago and I started looking at phones and noticed none of them were worth it. But now the nexus and razr are definitely looking like it.
 
I have until March on my contract. So, I'm either looking at the next phone beyond RAZR/Prime or getting one of them cheaply.
