Help official twitter app widget not reloading

Have it set for auto refresh every 2 hours but its not doing it unless i do it manually. It was working fine but all of a sudden stopped. Any idea why?
 
Make sure under "My Accounts" the Twitter account is not the default "Blur" version. If you don't have any set up; go ahead and set up the account for the Official Twitter App and not the "Blur" account.
