official Ubuntu for Android question

(1) I watched the official video of Ubuntu for Android (Ubuntu for Android | Ubuntu for phones | Ubuntu)

It was quite intresting but can you also use it as a Ubuntu pc without connecting a keyboard and stuff?

is there also an easy to install Debian version?

(2) (Does anyone know a fast ROM with loop support to install Debian via the official Linux installer?)

Is (1) or (2) the best? Wich one?

CAN I RUN THE HIGH END UBUNTU "SUPERPHONE"?

I saw this in the Play Store, not sure how easy or good it is. I would love to do this type of stuff but I'm afraid of bricking my phone.

Ok I'll try but I believe I already tried such an app but I needed a loop with ROM support for it...
