Hi, I tried to post yesterday but the post didn't seem to appear but apologies if this is a repeat.
I got the usual update message on my s2 for a firmware update and went through the update process as normal, however the phione was locked afterwards.
The phone was secondhand an dpreviously on 3 and is now on Virgin. Everything was working fine before the update and everything is still working fine now apart from I can't use the phone. I get the message for a sim unlock code but am baffled what this code is.
Will I have to get it officially unlocked somewhere? Why did the update do this? Any advice please as I've no working phone at the moment.
