Just use a graphic program. Photoshop, paintshop pro etc and clone the background color over the text.

Not 100% sure what you are asking but I'm guessing it would be 5 times the width of a single screen.

Actually, if I understand what you're asking, a normal wallpaper for a phone with that screen resolution should be 960w x 854h.

here's a wallpaper template that size where the red area is what will be visible on the center screen. Hope that helps.

Make sure to save it at the full 960x800 resolution.
