Help Offline Calendar program that does NOT sync with Google?

Hey Guys,

I am looking for a calendar app, aka PIMS,
but I am a little bit picky about my choices.

First, it has to have a desktop program for me to edit & sync on my PC.
Second, it MUST NOT sync with Google calendar.
( Idon't like the idea that my data is stored on the web,
and the idea that Google is taking care of my data)
Third, free.

Actually I do have one program that suits all this needs.
It's a bundle software that came with the phone.
LG Suite IV something.

I am just taking my chances if there's any software other than that.
Anybody knows anything? It's always good to share

I answer on my own thread ;-)
Well I found two softwares so far but have to pay for both of them.

One is datestone calendar priced around 4 dollars
The other is Companion Software priced around 40 dollars (PC Software)

Wish there's something that is free that is exactly like this heh.

AnCal, and two forks Offline Calendar and j2Cal. I've been searching for a few hours and that's all I got so far.
