Offline speech-to-text notetaking app?

I work in grocery store and my signal is garbage so i never keep data on while in the store. however i would like to be able to make voice notes when i am restocking certain things so that i can make a list of things i need fast. is there any apps that will allow me to do this that dosent need to connect to google?

Voice recorder comes to mind. There's even a widget with it just one button record.
