Ofline English to Spanish App

I am looking for an offline English to Spanish App. I love Google translate, but need something to use in ruarl areas that have no cell signal or wifi. Anyone know of some really good ones (that work both online and off line)?

Have a look at QuickDic for offline.

For online, you won't find a better one than Google Translate because of its ability to translate full sentences.
