I just got my HTC INCREDIBLE delivered 24 MAY, and all I can say is WOW...I had a Omni, and it was capable, this phone is amazing...I was an iPhone wanter, but would not leave Verizon...I think Verizon won, only time will tell...What is the #1 must have app? I can't believe how much faster this is than my Omni...

You should go to the HTC Incredible forum. There is a wealth of information there. 
I'm glad that you really love your Incredible, I love mine too. I'm fortunate to have had 0 problems with it since when I got it on release day. It's hard to recommend a single app since there are so many on the market and since people have different interests.
