Jusy hold the inputting box in anywhere u can input the words, the u can change the input method!

Yep, one of the great tricks with Android!
Also, "long-pressing" (what we call it) can bring up choices all over the OS. When in doubt, long-press!

HELLLPPPP! can anyone tell me how to get this da-n phone to change back to me NOT having to "write" my texts? I have held down the input button-- it's great in other languages, but in english- when I go to respond the whole box turns gray and i have to use my finger to write words across the screen-- I hate to say this, but this phone should be simple and its like the da vinci code...or maybe Im dumb-- anyone please???
