Help Ok Google Detection not working . . .

When I open the Google app on my less than week old Moto X I do not see the Ok Google phrase and I can't say Ok Google and get it to work.

Got to Google help and find how to activate Ok Google. The "box" next to From the Google app is checked to on but I am not able to say Ok Google to train the phone for my voice. When I also check the From any screen as well I am asked to say Ok Google 3 times. After saying Ok Google just once I get an error message stating "Can't use the microphone. Restart your device." I restart the device but that does not fix the problem.

So as of now I do not have the ability to say Ok Google on the Google app and have Google search for something. Can anyone out there give me some advice on how to get this thing to work.

Thanks in advance.

Looks like I got the problem solved. On a Motorola website it was suggested that if you have the Motorola version of Google Voice called Moto Voice activated it takes over the Google Voice stuff. I shut the Moto Voice down and now my Google voice and Ok Google work fine.
