ok google gone after update

[HighTechNH]

Wierd.....Got an update this morning....and OK Google was not working. Rebooted several times....still no OK Google.

Write this post.....and of course....OK Google comes back! (But still without the OK Google Sound!)

I've noticed that it'll work if you turn the screen on, but not with it off. It used to work as a direct pass through, without turning on the screen.

Very annoying as I used to use it with screen off to set alarms, reminders, etc.

Mine works with the screen off as long as it is on a charge.....other than that i have to wave my hand over the sensor to turn on the screen.
I also had to turn on accessibility-switch access to get OK Google to give me an audible sound.

Note....if you turn on switch access to get the OK Google sound....you lose always on home screen.
