Where is the Remove or hide menu option? It just showed back up. Can't remember where or what I did?

Settings>manage applications>scrool down to google search, select it. Uninstall updates and then disable. You can't disable an app unless you uninstall the updates. If you are rooted then use titanium to freeze Google search. If you haven't purchased the key, well I just don't know...
