Ok google settings not showing anymore

When i go in google settings ->Search and Now ->Voice -> Ok google detection , the only option available is from the google app, but the "retrain voice model" and "from any screen" option is not there(its not greyed out, its just not there), even though i had the option there before. A few days back i had cleared the playstore data and used a vpn to install pokemon go , idk if that messed it up or something but yea .
 
Simple question I know but sometimes people overlook (and underestimate) what a simple restart can do so I must ask... Did you try restarting your device?

Yea i've also tried:
Clearing playstore data,google data,google play services data.
 
What about "Delete voice model" option - is that still showing? If so, you could try deleting voice model ... then maybe the "Retrain voice model" option will appear.

Nope, nothing but "from the google app" is there ,like i said i did have the other options before but now it seems to have dissapeared.

I had read that before , they seem to be talking about particularly the s6 and s6 edge , and how they fixed it buy updating it in the playstore, that doesn't seem to be the case for me as mine is updated already..
 
Ok I wasn't sure if you had an S6 or Edge or not. Well, you could do a back up and factory reset your device...if you can't find any other feasible solution.

P.S. If you do this and have an SD card, make sure you remove it before the reset.

I just did that and no luck :/ , is there a way that i can contact samsung or google about this ?
