Root Ok, I'm rooted but apparently, I'm not???

I just finished rooting my Tab 10.1. I have a superuser icon, I have CWM as my recovery BUT, I CANNOT use any root apps like Titanium Backup or Quick Boot! When I click on Titanium Backup it tells me I don't have root access...yet I have superuser. W...T...F...?

HELP!

alright open the superuser app, and check permissions they should be green not red! i cant show yu since i use superuser by Koush.

To add to the advice already given, open up super user and make sure superuser is already enabled.

You could also try updating the su binaries as well.

well im guessing that the permissions on the su binary are off, so to fix this, i did the temp unroot option and restored root and well it fixed it for me.

Sorry for the looooooooooooooooog response guys but, I was able to finally get superuser permission after I flashed the updated Superuser. I tried simply updating it via the Play store but, no dice. I also tried different superuser apps but, no cigar.

I finally found a website that actually had an up-to-date root method with answers to every possible question. In the FAQ, I was able to find my issue and, after dl'ing a new Superuser zip, I flashed it, restarted and BAM! Full access baby!

Anywho, thanks for your feedback, greatly appreciated.

ok, after some searching, u need to update the superuser app or it ain't gonna work..Superuser choose the top .zip for ARM devices. now my tab is fully rooted.
