OK key on remote not working with new Android OS 2.2 TV Box

I am totally new to Android TV devices though I have a Samsung galaxy S2 phone...

At the moment it seems I have a faulty box as the OK button will not work on the remote and the enter key using my Logitech wireless keyboard will not work in the browser

Any ideas anyone please ??

It would be nice if someone replied...I sent it back got another one and stlll the same problem, this is the one with the large apple style white remote, come on guys help out a newbie please !
