We don't want anyone we meet here on this forum to be unhappy (ever), so accounts will process a full refund as goodwill. In the app description it does state that Windows Home editions does not support RDP (in fact no RDP app will connect to Windows Home of any flavour for everyone's reference!),
Thanks for the refund, I appreciate it. I was reading through the forum, found this thread, checked out the Imperio app and was excited enough to jump right on the paid version. I like supporting developers of great software so in many cases I don't research it enough before "jumping in."
I recently bought a new PC with Windows 7 (had been using WinXP for an eternity) so I just assumed things would work.
If I ever upgrade I'll give Imperio another shot. One thing is for certain, as others have said, Imperio support is excellent! You didn't have to refund me because I should have done a better job researching compatibility instead of assuming things, but you did anyhow. Thank you again!
