if you have apps2sd your apps get installed to your memory card so you have more space on your phone. How much space do you have on your phone and how many apps do you have installed?

the reason there is less space is because the rom was de-odexed.. that allows the use of the vanilla lock screen as well as speeds the rom up a bit. if you don't want to use the vanilla lockscreen then flash 2.11 and you'll have a TON of free space.

as far as removing the bloatware. that was in an area of internal memory that isn't reported in the same way as what you see when looking at the SD card and internal memory under menu/settings. so with them there or with them removed, the reported value isn't going to change based on that.
