Help Ok, sooo i'm confused on how i should be doing this...

I got this lovely phone for Christmas, and the person that got it for me bought some minutes for it too, and i try to add them and it keeps asking me to pick a plan every time i try to activate it, and i'm just trying to put this pin in so i can claim the $20 receipt. So how do i go about doing this? I can't find anything on it at all.

You will need to contact customer service in order to activate your phone. You'll need you MEID.and Hex number which is on the box, and also behind the battery. It's pretty much straight forward going through the phone menus, but eventually you will get to the choice of picking the Unlimited plan, or the $2 a day plan.
