So what is the state of the device? That looks like an excerpt from a log file, which suggests that you have some access, to it but your post implies that you don't.

It has been acting funny so I started to do some research and when I looked at the recovery logs f has some commands and uses that's links it to being rooted. Sorry dont know much about developing YET....LOL ☺ .IFYall cant . help I understand Thanks In an advance

No, Family Dollar is a chain of discount stores. I've never been to one so I'm not sure if they're like 'dollar stores' (that's a thing here in the US), where, supposedly, nothing costs more than $1. But definitely not used/secondhand merchandise. What's Family Dollar? Is that like Cash Converters or something, which is second hand stuff.
What's Family Dollar? Is that like Cash Converters or something, which is second hand stuff. A phone that's rooted and you don't know how it became rooted, is definitely very risky, like there could be anything going on with it, spyware, etc. New phones don't come rooted, exceptions might be some cheapo fake thing, bought directly from China.
As I don't know what phone you've got there. It maybe possible to re-flash it, or it may not be possible. If it's only 2 months, is there a possibly of returning it for a refund?
No and it's a orbic wonder
Well if it isn't second hand then that makes it even more likely that it's not rooted at all, just that the owner has seen the word "root" in one of the many places you'll find it in any android device and, not knowing better, drawn the conclusion that this must mean that the phone is rooted. No, Family Dollar is a chain of discount stores. Exactly. But as long as they prefer not to provide answers there's nothing can really be done to help them.
