Root OK to run K9 from the SD?

Now that I loaded K9 and effectively removed the stock email program (after backup, of course), I want to get even more by moving it to the SD card. Something I could not do with the stock program.

Just wondering, before I move it, if it will run from the SD? I have everything I can on the SD to save space, and still have a hard time having enough. I sometimes get the "memory low" warning.

Not sure what else I can move. My internal is 419 MB with only 48.4 free. Not much. I have tons left on the SD, 5.68 GB, and even 136 MB in ROM.

Have you tried this?

It allows apps to be moved to SD that aren't normally allowed to.

So far I've moved quite a few over after doing this and Swiftkey is the only one that was giving me problems.

Thanks but that app does the same at TP. Some apps must stay internal to run correctly as is mentioned in other forums. I have almost everything I can move to the SD card.
I will try moving K9 to the SD and see what happens. I can always move it back if it hangs or causes problems.
