I just saw the friendly add requesting my introduction. So, hello....
I held out on getting a decent phone for years and finally broke down and got a Samsung Fascinate a couple weeks ago from Verizon. Then I created a quick application for my company. (a proof of concept app, no big deal)
So it would be nice to be able to ask questions in the Application forum.
Although I'm not sure I'll need to, it's pretty simple.
Maybe someone could tell me, how can I move from being a programmer for a little family company to getting a real programming job? I've got a CS degree and a lifetime of programming experience, but every time I try to get a job they seem to snub their noses at me because I'm not arrogant enough, or haven't worked in a generic corporate environment? Any advise would be great?!?
