Root Okay, I broke it!

-_- So, I purchased an HTC One off of Swappa, right? It was supposedly the "Unlocked" version. ESN checked out fine even after I got it.

I was really excited, wanted to get the new 5.0 on it. I actually rushed into things way too quickly and flashed some RUU onto it manually through fastboot. I don't think I even unlocked the bootloader or got s-off.

This is what the logcat showed me BEFORE I flashed anything.
Code:
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.54.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 4A.17.3250.14
(bootloader) version-cpld: None

This is what it showed me during the flash.

Code:
FAIL51 partition update fail
FAILED (remote: 51 partition update fail)

anndd this is what it showed me after the flash...

Any ideas at all on what to do? Because now it's just stuck at the "Bootloader" I believe. It is actually a GSM model, and I did pop a relatives T-Mobile sim card in there earlier and that worked fine.

Moved to the root forum.

A CID of 11111111 only happens from a SuperCID mod and that's only possible with a phone that's s-off.

If there were no indications of s-off or tampering on the hboot (bootloader) screen then they either did a fine job of covering it up or they actually succeeded in taking it back to s-on (a monumentally stupid thing to do).

Fortunately, I don't think it's the latter as your security still shows that's it's off, and was before you started.

What does your bootloader or fastboot screen say at the top?

Your partition problem most likely came from the phone starting out Indian and you flashed what might have been for Brightstar, AT&T or (really not sure) a GPE version.

I haven't heard of the AT&T One getting Lollipop and that radio version doesn't match the Brightstar Lollipop RUU that's easy to find so I'm guessing (hugely) that you got a GPE RUU. That *might* account for the partition difference.

Can you give me the source of the RUU you used?

I assume it's a zip file because you did say that you flashed it manually through fastboot.

Did you confirm the md5 checksum value before flashing?
