Okay, I have to ask....

I would like to make shortcuts to specific files I have downloaded. One is a sound file, one is a video.

I know I can go through "Albums" "All downloads" for the video, but I was wondering if it were possible to create a shortcut to a file. or drop it in a folder, or whatever...

I haven't used it myself, but I believe a program called anycut that shoudl be available on the market will let you create a shortcut to anything you want. I'd imagine that includes audio and video files.

Download ASTRO from the Android Market. If you arent familiar with it, it's a file manager/browser app. To make shortcuts, longpress anywhere on your homescreen, hit shortcuts, then hit Astro, or something like that. It will then allow you to browse which file to link shortcuts to. Hope this help.
