Old faithful, or the noon "wake up"

Everyday at noon my phone wakes up for a second then goes back to sleep...

Anyone else see/experience this?

The process of going from AM to PM must be pretty cpu intensive...

I keep my phone on a 24 hour clock so I don't see the same issue.

yup, just sitting there on my desk at work and the screen lights up for maybe a second then goes off...
