Help Old Kindle app installing from Playstore

Hi all. Can anyone help with this issue please?

Essentially I have an old Galaxy tab 3 that I've updated to run Lineage 7.1.2. Since the update I am only offered an old version of the Kindle app, it installes version 3.2.0.35 from the store. Before Lineage the tablet ran Jellybean and it installed the latest version V7. something. All of my other apps install fine from the PlayStore.

Any ideas?

What is Kindle itself offering? You can get the app there, too.

Google isn't all knowing - it once decided that a Coby tablet with wifi only was a TMobile device.
