old phone number contacts

how do i get my old phone number contacts from my previous lg phone. Metro pcs was and still is my carrier 310 was the area code

If you still have the phone, export the contacts. The file you export will have the contacts.

If not, and they were Google contacts, not Phone contacts, they're still on Google Contacts. That goes by email address, not phone, so if the email address is still the same, the new phone should sync the contacts.
