maybe a am a bit slow on this.. I just discovered (by trying it lol) that we can downgrade to gingerbread roms with the evo V (i'm S-Off, and rooted, Hboot 1.04), tried a few Team Nocturnal roms and wasnt aware til they were loaded that they were 2.3.4 roms lol, I will say this, our phone ran them well

That's good information to know!

Just curious, though, did you intentionally try a GB ROM? Or did you try it, not knowing it was a GB ROM?

honestly? didnt know, I assumed they were ICS, I tried them for the features, one used a lot of the sony apps... another was sense 4 (I think) was just trying a bunch)

I dual boot a gingerbread (viperROM) rom for playing 3d Gameloft games that only work with GB. Everything works flawlessly. Cam is good and everything. Only thing is the MMS as always but I haven't tried the fix yet. Might work.

It does work!:D I miss 4g and 3D tho

Alsoo note, from my personal experience, GB roms seem to have a better battery life too. They run a lil faster, IMO, because they aren't bogged down with alot of other stuff running in the background.
And Froyo ran even faster, I'm not going back to that either. LOL

i liked the one for the sony stuff was all lol, otherwise I dunno, I guess theres some games I liked that wont work on ICS
